It is the standard routine by the government to process visa letter in bulk, meaning several other travelers details are on the same letter. If you wish to process and keep your passport details private, then we offer Private Visa.
Generally, this is an extra service that guarantees and secures your privacy. The service makes sure your passport details are safe and not shared to others. We will request and make sure the government process the letter separately for onøy your orders. By using this service, there is only yourself (and your travel partners) details on the letter. e helps you to get the visa stamp and all paperworks fast and as priority at the immigrati
on landing visa office. Our cleared staff meet you once landed with your nameboard at the gate or at the meeting point. It is located before passport cehckpoint.
It could be stressfull for first time travelers or if you are in hurry and need our secured staff to support you to get the visa stamp fast. If you land during rush hours or high season, the waiting time for getting the visa stamp might be long. This is a priority service.
It is important we get your flight number, date and arrival time. It is important you let us know change in flights or other changes within 24-48 hours in order for us to arrange staff inside the airport to provide the airport service. We do keep track on most flight delays, but not other changes. Any cacelation need to be done within 48 hours or the service will be charged as normal.

VIP Fast Track Service (Arrival or Departure)

VIP Fast Track is the most convenient service. Once landed, you will be supported by our secured staff. This service include airport assistance service, which means we handle all process for getting your visa stamp at the visa counter, without queue or standing inline and waiting. If you have applied visa through us, our staff will also have a copy of your visa approval letter.
Once landed, look for our staff with your nameboard. Our staff is located at the gate or in the meeting area before landing visa counter. Hand in documents and stamping feee to our secured staff and get the visa stamp as priority.
In additional, our staff will follow you through VIP passport checkpoint, getting your luggage, bringing it to the customs, further through the customs, exit the terminal and to your taxi. Note: Travelers are obligated to follow the customs regulation. If not, we will not be able to further support you to exit the terminal.

All changes need to contact us within 24-48 hours, in order for us to have staff ready inside the airport and provide the given service as ordered.
